Steve Campbell, Principal Geologist

Mr. Campbell, a native of Carpinteria, attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in geology in 1985. Before founding Campbell∙Geo Inc. in 2000, he spent 15 years at Hoover & Associates, Inc., where he participated in or directed the majority of the company's projects during that period.

Licenses, Certifications, and Professional Memberships

Mr. Campbell holds California licenses as a professional geologist, engineering geologist, and hydrogeologist. He is the qualifying individual for Campbell∙Geo’s General Engineering “A” contractor’s license and belongs to the Groundwater Resources Association of California, National Ground Water Association, and Association of Engineering Geologists. With 25 years’ experience, he manages Campbell∙Geo projects and operations.
